All Telehealth consultations are charged as per our standard face-to-face fee schedule. Children will continue to be bulk billed and concession card holders will receive a discounted fee.
Consultation Length
The length of your consultation is tailored to the reason for your visit to ensure you and other patients receive the appropriate amount of time and care.
A standard consultation is ideal for straightforward issues like a repeat prescription, reviewing a single test result, or discussing a simple health concern.
For more complex needs, such as managing a chronic condition, discussing multiple health issues, completing a mental health care plan, or requiring a minor procedure, we recommend booking a longer consultation.
Letting our reception team know the reason for your visit when you book helps us allocate the right amount of time, ensuring your health concerns are addressed thoroughly without feeling rushed.
Fee Schedule
We offer bulk billing to all children under the age of 16 before 6.00pm and on weekends.
Consultations are charged based on length, complexity, issues involved and other factors.
Following payment, we return the Medicare rebate instantly to a cheque or savings account via your EFTPOS card. Alternatively, we can lodge your rebate via Medicare Online to your Medicare nominated bank account. This process can take up to 3 days.
We believe that the most effective way that we can care for your health is through a private billing practice. The Medicare rebate does not cover the full cost of providing you with high quality and personalised medical care.
